The Contours

In the early sixties, American rhythm and blues was dominated by smooth vocals and mellow rhythms. Then there were the Contours.

Energetic and rough (well by 1962 standards), the Contours sealed their place in music history with their hit "Do you love me?" Always a crowd pleaser, the infectious, high energy tune has become an icon of American culture, played by Bruce Springsteen and the Blues Brothers. It was also featured in the movie Dirty Dancing.

So stop on by on July 2 to hear the Contours. We know you'll love them.
